FamilyCare Health names Bill Guest as Vice President, Provider Network Services

PORTLAND, Ore. (January 19, 2017) – FamilyCare Health is pleased to announce that Bill Guest has been named Vice President, Provider Network Services. Guest will oversee expansion of FamilyCare Health’s provider network, as well as provider relations, credentialing, and claims processing for the Portland-based Coordinated Care Organization (CCO).

Guest is a veteran healthcare executive with 33 years of experience, including leadership positions with two of Oregon’s current CCOs. Most recently, Guest served as Executive Director and CEO for Willamette Valley Community Health. Prior to that, he led Cascade Health Alliance parent organization Cascade Comprehensive Care as President and CEO for 18 years.

In addition to his executive leadership experience, Guest has served on a variety of boards including the Marion-Polk Early Learning Hub, Coalition for a Healthy Oregon, and ATRIO. He holds both a Master of Public Administration/Health Services Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Brigham Young University. Guest will join FamilyCare Health on January 23, 2017.
