Oregon Health Care Corporation (Q Corp) is looking for two Director Positions; a Senior Director of Health Care Informatics and a Director of Accounting and Operations

Senior Director of Health Care Informatics:

Q Corp is seeking an outstanding senior executive to lead informatics for our rapidly growing organization. This senior executive will provide the strategic direction and leadership necessary to evolve Q Corp’s products and services, including actionable and innovative health care quality, utilization and cost measures and reports. This position will be responsible for managing and expanding the capabilities of the most comprehensive administrative claims database in Oregon and overseeing the evolution of pioneering quality and utilization reports for consumers, providers, health plans, policymakers and employers. This position will also be responsible for developing and implementing the technology and business strategies necessary to secure, aggregate and report on clinical outcome data from electronic medical records. This position will manage multiple programs, contractors and data team staff, and will work directly with the Executive Director, the Board of Directors, the Measurement and Reporting Committee to oversee informatics and technology.

Director of Finance and Operations:

The Director of Finance & Operations has responsibility for the oversight and management of Q Corp finances and financial compliance, human resources, operations, technology management, enterprise risk assessment and overall privacy and security compliance. This management position will be primarily responsible for financial planning and development, infrastructure and policy development, oversight and participation in all regular accounting work, contract management, and supervision of financial and human resources staff, including Coordinator of Accounting and Operations and the Coordinator of Human Resources, as well as contracted support as needs are identified. This position will work directly with the Executive Director, the Board of Directors and its committees on financial, human resource and compliance issues for this fast growing entrepreneurial organization.
