With the growing interest and demand for ABA services in Oregon, there is a need for competent supervisors who can work with individuals seeking national certification as a Board Certified Behavior Anayst®,  Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst®, or Registered Behavioral Technician®.  In coordination with the Oregon Association for Behavior Analysis, Amy Loukus is hosting an 8-hour nationally recognized, Behavior Analyst Certification Board approved supervisor training that will allow BCBAs and BCBA-Doctorates to supervise individuals seeking these highly demanded certifications.

Amy K. Loukus is a board certified behavior analyst and Assistant Professor of Applied
Psychology at the Oregon Institute of Technology. She earned her M.S. in Behavior Analysis & Therapy at Southern Illinois University (SIU), and in May 2015, will complete her Ph.D. in Rehabilitation, also from SIU. She has served as an independent consultant for large manufacturing and human service organizations, using principles of behavioral science to guide her efforts to provide management and employees the skills to become more effective in the workplace. She also provides behavioral interventions to individuals and families affected by intellectual and developmental disabilities. Her current interests include instructional design, and decision-making and performance management in education and human services. She currently seeks to expand the availability of behavior analytic services to the Southern Oregon region, providing valuable opportunities for training and hands-on learning for students of Oregon Tech and the surrounding community.
