Community Health Alliance providing assistance to the Roseburg community after tragic shooting

ROSEBURG, Ore – The Community Health Alliance (CHA) based in Roseburg is already assisting Douglas County residents deal with today’s tragic incident at Umpqua Community College (UCC). Our team of mental health care professionals are already onsite at UCC, Mercy Hospital and the Douglas County Fairgrounds assisting and consoling victims and their families. This is a huge community tragedy that will take some time to heal and CHA is committed to assisting our friends and neighbors through the long process.

In the days and weeks to come, CHA will be working with other health care providers, as well as state and local agencies to coordinate consulting services for affected Douglas County residents.
