July 1, 2013 - ZoomCare, the innovative healthcare company that is building the world's first neighborhood and smartphone-based healthcare system, has launched Chronic Care services at its Pearl [202 NW 13th Ave], Alberta [1400 NE Alberta], Bridgeport [7421 SW Bridgeport Road], Sellwood [6910 SE Milwaukie Ave], and Hawthorne [3325 SE Hawthorne] locations.   Patients requiring advanced diagnosis, treatment and management of complex chronic health issues such as diabetes, hypertension, fatigue, depression and anxiety, among others, may now schedule appointments for expert specialty care at several ZoomCare locations, using the convenient scheduler (www.zoomcare.com).   This service furthers ZoomCare’s mission to provide complete care to patients throughout the Portland metropolitan area in the neighborhoods where they live and work. In the past year ZoomCare patients have responded enthusiastically to new care  options including physical therapy, naturopathic care, dermatology and orthopedics and convenient new services such as pharmacy, laboratory, digital x-ray and midnight hours.    “Our entire care model is focused on delighting patients with comprehensive, no-wait, affordable care,” said Dave Sanders, MD, CEO and Co-Founder. “ZoomCare patients who suffer from chronic conditions can now receive the care they need that effectively treats and manages these conditions in a convenient, cost effective and timely manner.”   Portland, Oregon based ZoomCare is a privately-held company started in 2006 by David Sanders M.D. and Albert DiPiero M.D.
