December 9, 2014

Dec. 9, 2014 – CCO Oregon invites member and non-member organizations to its 2014 Annual Member Meeting, which focuses on health transformation conversations and CCO Oregon’s strategic future role. The first Annual Member Meeting takes place at Chemeketa-Eola Viticulture Center in Salem, Ore., on Thursday, Dec. 11, 2014, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

At this meeting, CCO Oregon seeks advisory guidance from its members on a variety of 2015 initiatives, including: work groups, potential conference topics, new scopes of work, board member elections, communications strategies and member benefits. Work group discussions include proposals for new topics and reports from established groups: Dental or Oral Health; Primary Care Behavioral Health or Integrated Behavioral Health Alliance of Oregon; Public Policy; and Transformation Barriers.

Keynote speaker Dr. J. Bart McMullan, Jr., MD, former President of Regence BlueCross BlueShield of Oregon, will close the meeting with a presentation titled, “Transformation, It’s About Beliefs.”

The full schedule includes interactive roundtable discussions, a delegate convention and a member tribute luncheon. Following the event is a wine reception social hour. The agenda is available online.

While this meeting is open to the public, only CCO Oregon Members may serve as delegates with voting and advisory rights.
