SALEM, Ore.—ATRIO Health Plans is locally owned and serves individuals, families, employers and Medicare beneficiaries throughout Southwestern Oregon, has appointed Angela Lott as their Vice President of Customer Operations. Angela has over 20 years of direct experience in health care. Prior to joining ATRIO, Angela served as the Director of Integrated Services for Performance Health Technology, working to increase the level of engagement for employees, identifying opportunities for operational efficiencies and excellence, and creating a collaborative working environment for customers. Angela also was responsible for building the Compliance program at Performance Health Technology prior to her operational role. She has also held several roles at Regence BlueCross BlueShield during her 15 year tenure, including supervisor, trainer and quality assurance.
