ASCA Appoints Oregon Ambulatory Surgery Center Association Past President Kecia Norling to Board

April 30, 2013 -- Former Oregon Ambulatory Surgery Center Association President Kecia Norling has been appointed to the ASCA national board. 

Ms. Norling is currently administrator of Northwest Ambulatory Surgery Center in Portland and served as OASCA's president for three years. During that time, she and her board of directors were instrumental in strengthening the state association.

"She will do a fantastic job for ASCA and Oregon is very proud to have her serve," state current OASCA President Jesseye Arrambide.

Executive Director of OASCA and Managing Director of Strategic Resources Group Rob Schwartz said, "Kecia is driven and has demonstrated dedication to our industry as long as I've known her."
