It's great to ask patients for their issues and opinions - as long as those involved actually listen to them and commit to improving things.  On the flipside, it's seriously wrong to ignore issues providers working in this population face daily, weekly, and monthly.  CCO's seem to have few rules to follow other than keeping as much state money in their own bank accounts as they can.  Why aren't there more rules surrounding transparency and the requirement to pay out at least 85% of what they take in?
