The American Action Forum (@AAF) today released its monthly analysis of the Affordable Care Act’s individual exchange enrollment numbers for the month of November. According to the Administration, through the month of November there were 364,682 total enrollees nationally. AAF’s analysis includes a comparison of the actual enrollment numbers to three benchmarks: the HHS’s own goals prior to October 1st, Medicare Part D’s enrollment trajectory, and a steady enrollment trajectory.
The findings include the Administration is far behind on all three possible trend lines with four months left of open-enrollment. At this pace, the administration will fall well short of their public goal of seven million enrollees by the end of March of 2014.
