Ft. Washington, PA, September 5, 2012 – McNeil Consumer Healthcare Division of McNEIL-PPC, Inc., the makers of TYLENOL®, announces recipients of the 22nd annual TYLENOL® Future Care Scholarship. The 2012 program awards $250,000 in scholarship funds to undergraduate and graduate students pursuing careers in healthcare.
Winners are named TYLENOL® Future Care Scholars and receive awards of $5,000 or $10,000 to help manage the rising cost of education.
The 2012 TYLENOL® Future Care Scholarship Recipients are a diverse group of 40 individuals from educational institutions across the country seeking degrees in healthcare programs ranging from medical school, nursing, pharmacy, public health and health education.

Two of the scholarship winners are students at Oregon Health & Science University.
Kodria Haddock grew up outside of Pilot Rock, near Pendleton. She was homeschooled. In her words, she “decided to come to OHSU because they have a very good reputation, the school is close but far from home, and I have a lot of friends in the area.” Haddock will graduate in June, 2015 from OHSU’s School of Nursing.
Orly Moshe will graduate from OHSU's School of Medicine in 2016. She holds a B.S. In neuroscience from University of California at Riverside, where she graduated summa cum laude. She intends to specialize in pediatrics, which she chose after volunteering for three rotations at a community children's hospital.
These motivated and passionate individuals are dedicated to their studies, diligently pursuing a career in a variety of healthcare fields with the shared goal of caring for others in a meaningful way.
The 2012 TYLENOL® Future Care Scholars were selected based on leadership qualities, academic performance and community involvement. To be eligible, students must have completed at least one year of undergraduate or graduate study by the Spring of 2012 at an accredited two or four year college, university or vocational/technical school.
