Public health nurses play a critical part in assuring access to quality health care, building and maintaining a healthy population and lowering health care costs. Nurses along with health reform leaders will converge on May 6, 2013 in Portland to learn more about how nursing practice supports Oregon’s health reform and to chart the future course for public health nurses.
