The Oregon Primary Care Association (OPCA) has engaged Eames Consulting of Portland to help represent Oregon’s network of 32 community health centers with state legislators and administrators.

Eames Consulting is staffed by Jon Eames and Angi Dilkes.  “Jon has nearly 15 years of experience in the political arena,” said OPCA Policy Director John Hummel.  “He offers us a wealth of knowledge about health care issues and has solid relationships with elected officials.  Angi's 17 years working in and around Oregon government, as a lobbyist and as a member of the Kulongoski administration, prepare her well to advocate for our members.  We look forward to working with both of them in 2014 on issues important to Oregon’s health centers.”
