DETAILS
The free event is open to the public and is one of the largest brain fairs in the nation. It is a major event in the OHSU Brain Institute's annual Brain Awareness Season.
This year's Brain Fair will include interactive exhibits, real human and animal brains, prizes and dozens of OHSU Brain Institute neuroscientists explaining and demonstrating their groundbreaking research in a way that will be fascinating for all ages. Among what the exhibits will show: how we see inside the human brain with MRI images; how we test and measure a person's balance with cutting-edge technology; and how our brain and taste buds react to flavors like peppermint and hot sauce. The Brain Fair also will offerBrain Awareness lecture series tickets at discounted prices.
