Tri-County Medicaid Collaborative
July 26, 2012 -- The Tri-County Medicaid Collaborative, which will begin integrating physical, mental health and addictions services for people on the Oregon Health Plan September 1, has appointed a consumer advisory council.

May 10, 2012 – The Portland metropolitan area is likely to see two coordinated care organizations vying for Oregon Health Plan members starting August 1.Initially, the intent behind the creation of a tri-county collaborative was to include all the five health plans currently providing such care – CareOregon, FamilyCare, Kaiser Permanente, Providence Health Plan and Tuality Healthcare.

April 4, 2012 -- Transforming Oregon’s healthcare system took a decisive step forward when a collaborative led by Dr. George Brown signaled that it’s prepared to take the lead in caring for the Medicaid population in the tri-county area.
