Mitch Greenlick plans to introduce a bill next month to begin a decade-long process to modernize the state’s public health system.

However, two counties covered by AllCare Health Plan, Inc., a newly certified coordinated care organization -- Josephine and Curry— face unprecedented funding cuts that are seriously undermining their criminal justice systems.

December 6, 2011—The health department of Curry County, Oregon’s southern most coastal county, is undertaking a comprehensive community health assessment that will determine the health needs of its 20,000 residents and help tailor the health department’s programs and services.
