Job title: Health Center Administrator

Responsibilities: Your Role
We are looking for an experienced administrator with leadership qualities who is ready to lead a diverse team that develops, enhances, and maintains quality improvement initiatives. This person will facilitate education and training of staff related to quality improvement, data systems, and project management.
You will coordinate both staff and projects as you strategize plans, provide information, collect and analyze data and oversee compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and laws governing operations at White Bird Clinic.

White Bird offers a very high-quality benefits package. Health, dental and vision insurance are available on the first of the month following 60 consecutive days of employment @ 30 hrs. or more per week. Paid vacation time is accrued at the rate of 1 hour for every 13 hours worked. • Five years of experience in progressively more responsible human service, mental health, or medical administrative positions;
• Completion of a four-year college level program in public health administration and one (1) year of associated experience
• Knowledge of federally qualified health center management and compliance, population-based healthcare, quality assurance tools, and data management.
• Experience applying PCPCH, meaningful use, population based healthcare, PDSA quality assurance, and metrics to clinical outcomes.
• Experience working with EHR reporting systems
• Patience, intelligence, communication skills and a sense of humor
• Strong project management, attention to detail, written and oral communication skills
• Proven leadership and relationship management skills
• Ability to work independently and to a deadline
