Position Description: 

Trillium Psychiatrists:
~primarily care for youth in residential treatment with some day treatment and intensive outpatient clients. ~have a significant leadership role in multidisciplinary teams focused on providing excellent care using ~evidence-based practices.
~meet weekly with peers for consultation and to support a culture of continuous learning.
~include senior clinicians who are also on the faculty of OHSU’s Child Psychiatry Division.
~rotate responsibility for after hours calls, which are taken at home.~who interested in clinical research can receive support for projects from faculty at Oregon Health and Science University or the College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific-Northwest.~are friendly and knowledgeable.

Required Qualifications and Experience: 

Minimum of 2 years of experience working with child and adolescent psychiatric patients.

Required Education and / or Certifications: 

Education: Staff psychiatrists must have successfully completed a general psychiatry residency and postdoctoral fellowship in child psychiatry.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Staff psychiatrists must be licensed by the Oregon Board of Medical Examiners, and have DEA certificate to prescribe schedule II medications including benzodiazepines and stimulants
