Tillamook Family Counseling Center (TFCC) is seeking a full-time BEHAVIORAL HEALTH CLINICIAN - In Home Behavioral Treatment – to provide Intensive In-Home Behavioral Health Treatment. Services are home and community-based, utilizing a model that includes a team of professionals: Skills Trainer, Peer Support and Child/Adolescent Psychiatry. Schedule: This is a full-time position, generally Monday through Friday. This position requires flexible scheduling based on program needs. This position includes a signing bonus and a relocation stipend, upon review. TFCC is also a National Health Service Corps loan repayment site. Required Education and Experience:
• Master’s Degree in related Behavioral Health discipline • Shows evidence of working with Children and Families • Pursue and/or maintain licensure and addictions certification as required by TFCC • Complete State Investigator Civil Commitment training • Clinical experience within a community behavioral health agency setting
Competencies: The eligible candidate will be a mental health professional with experience and interest in providing services to higher acuity youth and caregivers. They will be able to collaborate work with system partners, caregivers, and youth. They will work as a Behavioral Health Clinician to conduct a Behavioral Health Assessment, including identifying precipitating events, gathering histories of mental and physical health, alcohol and other drug use, past mental health services and criminal justice contacts; assessing family, cultural, social, and work relationships; conducting a mental status examination, complete a five-axis DSM diagnosis, write and supervise the implementation of a service plan and provide individual, family, and/or group therapy within the scope of their training.
