Position Description: 

JOB SUMMARY: Tillamook Family Counseling Center is seeking a full-time ACT Team Leader/Supervisor for its Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACT). Immediate Full Time opening. The ACT Team Leader/Supervisor is responsible to administer and direct the ACT Program in accordance with fidelity standards and recovery/resiliency principles. This position provides direct treatment and rehabilitation services to persons with severe and persistent mental illness and/or substance abuse concerns. The ACT Leader/Supervisor leads, supervises, and evaluates the multidisciplinary team which includes peer support services and case management services.

ACT is a service delivery model targeting those with challenging and persistent behavioral health issues. ACT is a fidelity-based team approach, shared caseload, flexible service delivery, and crisis services availability. The ACT Team Leader/Supervisor candidate provides program coordination, leadership, coaching, and clinical supervision.

Schedule: This is a full-time position 40 hours per week, generally Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. This position may require longer work hours if necessary.

This position includes a signing bonus and a relocation stipend, upon review. TFCC is also a National Health Service Corps loan repayment site.

  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Related Field
  • Licensure in Social Work, Counseling, or Related Field
  • Minimum 3-5 years as a Behavioral Health Clinician
  • Previous Supervisory experience
