The Field Organizer is responsible for implementation of PPAO’s strategic field plan in their assigned region. This includes, but is not limited to: representing the organization in the community; identifying and developing volunteer leaders for the Leadership and Advocacy Teams (LAT); recruiting campaigns to increase the local volunteer and activist base; managing and running outreach programs; supporting programs and campaigns; and identifying and leading campus interns at local colleges to build a Planned Parenthood presence. Motivate the public to take action to achieve the core of PPAO’s mission. This position will be integral in building capacity for PP PAC’s work in the 2018 primary and general elections and beyond.
