Position Description: 

Manage daily operations of a designated residential or outpatient treatment facility.  Ensure staff are familiar with all policies and procedures, including current Oregon Administrative rules and provide onsite orientation and training for new staff.  Work with intake and/or Access Manager to ensure consistent communication with prospective clients, steady census and efficient admissions to programs. Participate in treatment team, staff, and assist in management meetings.  Work with peers, housing staff and other community resources to facilitate removal of barriers to successful recovery. Provide required clinical supervision to credentialed staff and assist in managing escalated client issues.  Responsible for all administrative oversight, including budget management, establishing schedules for staff and groups, providing program data as needed, and reviewing charts for compliance.  Responsible for review of data for quality assurance reporting and productivity reports.  Manage personnel and supplies budgets.  Knowlege and coordination of community resources.  Coach staff on performance issues, conduct annual evaluations.

Required Qualifications and Experience: 

Experience in both residential and outpatient settings preferred

Minimum 5 years’ management experience in behavioral health services preferred 

Experience with and understanding of recovery programs, treatment plans and protocol

Required Education and / or Certifications: 

Master’s degree with LPC, LCSW and/or MAC preferred

If unlicensed, must qualify for licensure within two years of hire for continued employment
