You will get to provide clinical services to the residential programs in either a secure residential setting or non-secure residential setting. You will be participating as a member of an interdisciplinary team to implement and monitor treatment for residents of the treatment homes, using a Trauma informed approach and evidenced based modalities. Who you are and your qualifications:
You bring culturally specific knowledge into the programs. You have compassion, patience and demonstrate knowledge of Trauma Informed Practices. You see yourself as an ongoing learner of cultural competency. You graduated with a Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Therapy or other similar therapeutic field. You have the ability to perform assessments. ***If you have not yet graduated but are about to and are able to work part time until graduation, we will also consider your application.
