The Director of Development and Marketing is responsible for the creation and implementation of all development and marketing initiatives for Bridgeway Recovery Services. This position reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), working collaboratively with the Board of Directors, staff, committees, volunteers, and other community members to meet annual revenue goals through individual donations, major gifts, fundraising events, project sponsorships, grants, and other fundraising methods.
This position also oversees all marketing and communication efforts, utilizing the power of Bridgeway brand in sharing the local work of this agency through digital and mailed communications, media and community interactions, and all front-facing collateral.

Experience with website and newsletter production and message development.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to work well with diverse individuals and balance a variety of needs.
Some evening and weekend work is required for special events and projects.
Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
Must be fully COVID-19 vaccinated.
MBA or Bachelor's degree with relevant experience.
Five years or more of successful experience in fundraising with a proven record of accomplishment in cultivating donor relationships, individual giving, grants management, and volunteer management.
