The Director of Behavioral Health Services is responsible for clinical operations and for providing leadership, direction, and supervision to managers and supervisors across the spectrum of behavioral health services; including Residential, Mental Health, and Chemical Dependency programs. The director is responsible for ensuring patient satisfaction by the smooth and fiscally responsible operations of all departments

QMHP and CADC II required, Licensure is preferred and a thorough understanding of both Mental Health and Substance Abuse symptoms and treatment.
Trauma-informed and systems trauma-sensitive.
Must have a minimum of 5 years of both clinical experience and supervisory experience.
