Therapists with Adapt Integrated Health Care provide integrated mental health treatment services that are based on medical necessity and that support and promote mental health and recovery. Therapists endeavor to promote recovery, resiliency, wellness, independence and safety for individuals receiving addictions and mental health services and supports. You will work to specify standards for services and supports that are person-directed, client-guided, culturally competent, and trauma-informed and wellness informed. Therapists also promote functional and rehabilitative outcomes for individuals throughout a continuum of care that is developmentally appropriate.
Therapists are responsible for engaging and responding in crisis intervention, facilitating access for mental health treatment, providing therapeutic interventions including informed consent, advocacy, and integrated care, assisting with access to community resources, and actively working to reduce stigma, barriers, and building a community foundation for success. Adapt therapists accomplish these responsibilities through assessment and prescription of treatment services that support rehabilitation, safety, and recovery through measurable outcomes in collaboration with clientele, and their natural supports when appropriate.

Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family, or relevant degree.
Licensed in Social Work, Professional Counselor or Marriage and Family Therapy preferred.
