Tammy Bray Chairs Health Improvement Plan Committee
The committee is charged with promoting and supporting lifestyle changes to prevent and manage chronic diseases. Their plan will incorporate policy, systems and environmental approaches that promote population health.

First of all congratulation to Tammy Bray the new chairperson and Lila Wickham the new vice chairperson. I think the other members of Oregon Health Improvement Plan Committee are happy with their new chairperson and vice chair person. Hope that Oregon Health Improvement Plan Committee will really do their best on the work they are charged for promoting and supporting lifestyle changes to prevent and manage chronic diseases.
Congratulations to the new chair person and hope this new administration will continue its good works.
I am a little surprised that the committee was announced just a week after applications were due. Seems to me that maybe the committee had been pre-selected? Neither here nor there, just surprised that any gov't org can move that quickly...
