Online I found his name associated with Northwest Institute for Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine, located in Seattle. It closed in 2002 and some students continued their studies at Bastyr.

I have not heard of the Northwest College of Alternative Medicine. Is this Bastyr University?
It was the Northwest Institute of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. It was not associated with Bastyr. It was a school of of Oriental Medicine. For many years it was rated #2 in acupuncture schools in the US behind New England School of Acupuncture in Boston.
The demise of this incredible school was a tragedy.
