September 3, 2009 -- Lynn-Marie Crider has joined the Office for Oregon Health Policy and Research as a policy analyst after spending five years with the Service Employees International Union, Local 49.

She’s joined by Erin Fair who was a legislative aide to Sen. Alan Bates during the last legislative session.

“We chose these people because they have the breadth and knowledge to work in different directions at the same time,” said Sean Kolmer, the agency’s deputy director who manages the research unit.

I am pleased that Lynn-Marie Crider has accepted this analyst position. She is highly qualified and brings many skills to this agency. As the president of OHAC she was responsible for moving that organization forward during some difficult and tenuous times. I am proud to know her and respect her.
